Please don't believe their words. It's a scammer. They used tool to change the e-mail address. Our paypal e-mail is wrathwowgm@yahoo.com Which is same as our admin e-mail. Also our server is free. You will never ask players to pay to keep their account.

our server supplier have detected routing anomalies on the public network. so our server keep offline for 1 hour. server Emergency Response Team has been notified and engineers are working to identify and resolve the issue. now this issue have fixed. We will build a new server for the 3.1.1 patch to test it may be have lots of bugs but we will fix it .And present very different versions.....

This is the official downgrade Guide for 3.10 problems. This guide will show you the easiest way on how to downgradea nd upgrade your patch straight back to 3.0.900. Enjoy
STEP 1:
First, of all, head to your 'World of Warcraft' Folder. You can find thisby right-clicking your WoW Icon and clicking 'Open file Location'
STEP 2:
Now what you do is double-click your 'Data' File Folder.
STEP 3:
Find the file named 'Patch.mpq' and 'Patch2.mpq'. Delete those.
STEP 4:
Now that those are deleted, head back to the main page of your World of Warcraft folder. Double-click the 'Repair.exe' Program. (VERY IMPORTANT).
STEP 5:
Now since you deleted those Patch files, you deleted your patch, when the Repair starts, it will notify that the patch restarted back to patch 3.0.0.
This is good, now let the Repair finish.
STEP 6:
Now what you do is normally patch up the way you do, double click WoW and run the patches. *Remember not to download 3.1.x*!!!
STEP 7:
Double check if the realmlist.wtf is still
Set realmlist 208.43.68.211
